Freshping Alternative
Freshping was discontinued on March 6, 2026. InternetSecure is a free uptime monitoring platform with 10-second checks, multi-node verification that eliminates false positives, integrated security scanning, and Cloudflare-powered offline pages — things Freshping never offered.
What happened
Freshworks permanently shut down Freshping on March 6, 2026 as part of a company-wide portfolio simplification to focus on Freshdesk and Freshservice. The service that once monitored over 55,000 URLs for 20,000+ businesses is gone, with no replacement product from Freshworks.
All Freshping data was permanently deleted on June 4, 2026. If you hadn't migrated by then, the history is gone — but getting monitoring back takes about 30 seconds per monitor. Our migration guide covers rebuilding your monitor list with or without an export.

What you get that Freshping never had
Multiple global nodes must independently confirm downtime before an alert fires. No more 3 AM pages because a single check location had a network blip.
SSL/TLS validation, security headers (HSTS, CSP), DNSSEC, DMARC, DKIM, and compliance framework mapping — all on the same platform as your uptime monitoring.
When your site goes down, a branded offline page is automatically deployed on your domain via Cloudflare Workers. When you recover, it's removed. No separate status page to maintain.
Alerts are dispatched in parallel across all channels — Email, Slack, JIRA, Linear, and Microsoft Teams. No queuing, no batching.
Schedule maintenance windows per monitor with day-of-week and time range support. No false alerts during planned downtime.
Every outage gets a detailed incident record with start/end times, duration, cause, affected nodes, and recovery confirmation.
From a Freshping user
"I've just started using InternetSecure and I like the product. The interface is clean and the system seems to work very well. I switched from FreshPing."

Frequently asked questions
Each monitor runs from 6 global nodes every 60 seconds with full multi-node consensus — staggered, that works out to a check roughly every 10 seconds, not one per minute. We'd rather give you one monitor that actually works than 50 that cry wolf. The Plus plan starts at $5/month for 10 monitors if you need more.
If you exported your monitor configs before the June 4 deletion, they have everything you need. If not, your monitor list can usually be rebuilt in minutes from your DNS zone, old alert emails, and bookmarks. Either way setup takes about 30 seconds per monitor — see our migration guide for step-by-step instructions.
Instead of alerting when a single check fails, InternetSecure requires multiple independent nodes across different geographic locations to confirm your site is down before sending an alert. This eliminates false positives caused by network issues at a single check location.
Traditional status pages live on a separate domain (like status.example.com). Our Cloudflare integration serves a branded offline page directly on your main domain via Cloudflare Workers. Visitors never leave your URL, and the page is automatically removed when your site recovers. Works on Cloudflare's free plan.
Freshping data was permanently deleted approximately 90 days after the March 6, 2026 shutdown — on June 4, 2026. Historical data can no longer be exported or recovered from Freshworks.
